Dopo un tortuoso percorso, la riforma del credito cooperativo è divenuta legge. Con 171 voti favorevoli, 105 contrari e un astenuto, nella seduta del 6 aprile 2016 il Senato ha approvato in via definitiva il disegno n. 2298 che ha convertito in legge− con modificazioni− il D.L. 18/2016 recante “Misure urgenti concernenti la riforma delle banche di credito cooperativo, la garanzia sulla cartolarizzazione delle sofferenze, il regime fiscale relativo alle procedure di crisi e la gestione collettiva del risparmio” (da Articolo Altalex Pubblicato il 07/04/2016).
