He is a lecturer of public law institutions, international law and general principles of public law and formerly of administrative law at the University of Naples L’Orientale. He received a PhD in Languages and Cultures of Iberian and Latin American Countries (Foreign Constitutional Law) and a degree cum laude in political science at the same university. He is an expert of indigenous peoples of Latin America.
